Genomics
The Genomics Facility provides DNA sequencing of plasmids and PCR products using an ABI Genetic Analyzer 3100 with a 16 capillary x 50 cm array and BigDye® dye terminator chemistry. We supply many common sequencing primers at no charge. The facility provides set-up and service to microarray applications for 96 or 386-well applications
